Fresh Burgandy Black Truffle 1/4/lb

Season from September to December the Burgundy Truffle is widely consumed in Italy and in parts of France. It is easily distinguished from the Perigod black truffle by it's coffee colored interior and the network of ridges that cover the surface of its pores.
