The Asaro family has been producing their olive oil in Partanna, Sicily since 1916. The Partanna Olive Oil is a monovarietal olive oil, which is made only with “Nocellara del Belice” olives, from the province of Trapani, in Sicily during mid-October. This oil is filtered and cold pressed, and has very low acidity (typically around 0.3%), it can be used for finishing, dipping and also cooking.
