Appennino Food Albesi Pasta with Truffle 8.8oz (250g)

Appennino Food Albesi Pasta, also know as "Tajarin" is a long, thin type of pasta typical of the Piedmont region, traditionally made with semolina flour and eggs. Appennino Truffle Albesi Pasta is a gourmet reinterpretation of the traditional Tajarin, created by adding Black Summer Truffles to the recipe, providing a dining experience that is both authentically Italian and luxuriously modern.

The coarse and rustic texture of this pasta allows it to hold onto sauces beautifully and the addition of black summer truffles imparts a subtle yet distinctive earthy flavor. While a knob of truffle butter and shaved fresh black truffle make the perfect accompaniment to highlight the pasta's rich truffle notes, Appennino Albesi Pasta is versatile enough to pair with a variety of sauces, from creamy to more robust, meaty condiments, making it suitable for any meal

To fully savor the nuanced flavors of this pasta, we recommend following the cooking instructions on the package carefully. For the best texture, stop the pasta from boiling by adding cold water before draining. This ensures that each strand retains its ideal firmness and captures the full essence of the truffle.

Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, pasteurized eggs 20%, black summer truffle 3% (Tuber Aestivum Vitt), flavoring.

Storage: keep in a cool and dry place.

Cooking: cook in salted boiling water for 3 minutes.

Weight: 8.8oz (250g)
