Ferrarini Parma Prosciutto are aged for 14 months in the cellars in Lesignano de 'Bagni, a town founded on the banks of the Parma river opposite of Langhirano, a district renowned throughout the world for its Parma Ham. There are three simple ingredients; meat, salt and a lot of skill and passion passed down from generations. This prosciutto is D.O.P. (Protected Designation of Origin).

Suggestion: The best way to fully enjoy the sweet taste of Parma ham is to cut it into thin slices, accompanied with bread, cantaloupe, figs and a good white or red wine typical of the Emilian lands.
