    The Grana Padana is like the little brother of Parmigiano Reggiano. Whereas the Parmigiano has a sharp, nutty, and salty flavor with a hard, flaky texture, the Grana is more subdued and a bit softer, making it great for either grating over pasta or sliced thin with a nice aged balsamic drizzled on top. With a lower price point and milder flavor profile, it's a great everyday cheese.
