White Truffle Oil

I don't have a lot of expertise with truffles but this oil is exceptional. It has a delicate, clean taste. A hint of something smokey, I assume that is the truffle. It is almost too good to cook with. Dipping fresh bread in it, perhaps with some garlic, would be a wonderful way to spend the pre-meal time.
