Excellent quality and flavor! The piece we received was 3.47 lbs. Sliced very, very thin with electric meat slicer! Wonderful. The challenge will be if we can keep from eating all of it before we can share it with dinner guests! Will definitely purchase this beautiful bresaola again! Worth every penny!
