How to use this vinegar of Modena

It is a spice that can be used in many preparations. It can be used to season salads, cheese, meat, fish, strawberry and ice cream.

Recipes :

The classic duck breast with honey and balsamic vinegar of modena: cut the fat from the breast and cook it on the skin side over high heat for five to six minutes, empty the fat and cook on the other side for four to five minutes. In the same pan, fry a handful of shallots, deglaze with balsamic vinegar of modena, add a spoon of honey and bring to a boil. Serve the duck breast with its sauce, accompanied by a light salad.

The grape juice is subjected to cooking (with which the concentrated grape must is obtained) and then typified with the wine vinegar. This mixture is taken to oak barrels (French and American) for aging before packaging, the time will depend on the contribution of the wood.

Particularly tasty with French fries and pizza with bacon and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.

Made from the must of grapes that are grown exclusively in the area surrounding Modena, Italy. The must is cooked slowly and then develops character by aging in wooden casks according to Italian tradition. The older the balsamic, the greater the depth and richness of flavor. Balsamic Vinegar is a typical product form the Modenese tradition and therefore also the regional culture. Our balsamic vinegar stands out from others as no chemical thickeners or artificial colorings are used.
