Farro is a variety of durum wheat that is grown today in Umbria, Italy. When cooked, it releases a delicate fragrance of mace, fresh hazelnut and eggplant and a taste of crispy bread and peanut butter with a light finish of jujube berries.

The most classic of all pasta shapes comes in a diameter that was specially designed to match the characteristic consistency of spelt. Vigorous and firm, it celebrates the traditional preparations, filling the pan with his rural strength and sunny fragrance.
