Processed and Shipped Next Business Day

We strive to ship your order within 1 business day of receiving and verifying your order. Generally, this means your order is packed and shipped from our New York Warehouse within 24 hours (excluding weekends and national holidays) after we receive your order. Delays can occur if we need to investigate mistakes made during the checkout process or any irregularity. To avoid delays, please be sure to carefully complete and confirm the accuracy of the information you enter during our online checkout process before submitting your order. Delivery Times (United States Orders)
Alma Gourmet offers 4 shipping options for domestic orders:

  • Standard Ground (6-8 Business Day) - FREE on orders over $150.00
  • Expedited Ground (4-5 Business Day) - $9.99
  • 2-Business Day Air - $29.50 (For orders placed before 1 P.M. Monday-Friday E.S.T)
  • Next Business Day - $54.50 (For orders placed before 1 P.M. Monday-Friday E.S.T)

PLEASE NOTE:  Any on-line order placed after 1:00 pm will be processed and shipped the following business day. We do not ship out any items on Saturdays or Sundays. For example, if you place your order on Friday at 1:00 pm, we will process and ship your order on Monday via the delivery method you choose.

Because actual delivery times may be subject to factors beyond our control such as order verification, adverse weather conditions and other carrier delays, Alma Gourmet cannot guarantee your package will arrive within the estimated delivery time. If time is critical and you need your items by a specified date, we recommend choosing a shipping method that provides at least a 2 business day cushion period to account for unforeseen delivery problems. Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 7 days of the invoice date for a full product refund.

With our 7-day "No Hassle" policy, we will gladly refund your purchase price, minus any shipping charges. Items must be returned in mint condition, and in their original packaging. PLEASE INSURE ANY RETURN FOR THE PRICE PAID AND MAINTAIN ALL TRACKING INFORMATION.
